The current fire alarm has been discontinued and getting parts is becoming difficult and expensive. It also does not include voice notification as required by code.

Current ventilation system in Tech Ed shop does not include carbon dioxide and nitrogen dioxide detection.

Increased maintenance needs for outdated and non-ADA compliant wash fountains and other plumbing fixtures.

Main entrance currently does not provide a vestibule for added access control and is not ADA accessible.
